Just a quick note to say thank you for the amazing lunch on Sunday.

All the guests ate more than they needed as the overwhelming feedback was it just tasted so good, homemade and fresh that they all wanted more. The roast potatoes were very popular, the quiches tasted amazing, and the meat was just too moreish! Everything tasted great.

The desserts were equally good, and all got consumed or taken home for later!

Your service was easy to work with, menu options well curated, delivered bang on time and the portions were super generous. We ran short of nothing and without your input we would have struggled to deliver anything half as good.

I will be sure to recommend you to anyone and I can think of some forthcoming events where you will be a key ingredient.

I am conscious of not having thanked you formally for the excellent buffet that you did a few weeks ago when I entertained a dozen or so of my neighbours here. From the start, you most expertly, but unobtrusively, took charge of the event, recommended the type and quantities of food and wine, arranged the room to the best advantage and provided everything necessary. I didn't have to lift a finger - just talk to my guests. The quality and variety of the canapes were outstanding, and I didn't even have to wash up!

Now I need a caterer!

Naively, I hadn’t appreciated just how difficult that would be but with the help of a friend I quickly discovered Annabelle (who only lived 200m. away) and I was away!

From the very start I was delighted to find a very experienced chef who was able to guide me in the right direction towards a very successful party.  A suitable array of foods for a Sunday afternoon tea was quickly agreed, and I could then relax and get on with my own arrangements, knowing that the food side of things was set. Annabelle kept in close contact in the run up and then just took over on the day.

The Sunday came and Annabelle arrived spot on time to set things up; first the beautifully colourful crockery etc. and then the amazing food.  Our 2-year-old Granddaughter was intrigued to meet Annabelle although her motive was entirely that of ‘where is the Birthday cake’? The balance of sweet and savoury was perfect as were the little artistic touches in presentation.  Cheese straws, sandwiches, mini quiches, eclairs, carrot cake, scones – we had it all (and ALL homemade)!  Our one guest with food sensitivities was beautifully catered for; they said that it was nice to feel special rather than just an afterthought.  Annabelle then coordinated a variety of cups of tea in a very calm and unobtrusive manner.

Our guests were extremely impressed by the tea party which included a beautiful Birthday Cake with candles (one very happy toddler!); presentation, variety and quality were excellent.  At the end Annabelle cleared up and simply disappeared!

Thank you Annabelle for all your efforts on our behalf; you made the day very special by removing so much pressure and stress from our shoulders.

If you are looking for the ultimate professional and someone with a wonderful eye for detail then Annabelle is the person for you.

Dear Annabelle

Thank you for being such an integral part of our wedding day. It would not have been the same without you. Without exception, our guests said the food was superb.  Personally, I thought it was exceptional and the chocolate brownie was the best I have ever tasted. Thank you also for taking special care of our guests with allergies, catering for Emily, our photographer and preparing and serving our cheeses. Your help is appreciated.
